RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS
Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.
Step 1: Please email us csilla@csillapals.com to request the exchange/return.
Step 2: After receiving your email with an exchange/return request, our representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.
Step 3: You will receive a refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange. FYI: It will take a longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is the credit card.
CANCELLATION
If you contact us within 24 hours and the goods are not shipped before replying to the mail, you can cancel the order.
For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will process the refund within a week after receiving your return package. FYI: It will take a longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is a credit card.
We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
SHIPPING
The items will be shipped within 3-10 business days after you place the order.

International shipping cost is on the basis of country or region. We cooperate with USPS/FedEX/DHL/UPS.

Thank you for shopping. Online purchases can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the delivered date.

All return/exchanged items must be returned unworn, undamaged and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
You are welcome to make an exchange as long as it is in stock or alternatively get a refund. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address. Returned packages without an authorized return address from our corresponding staff will not be refunded or exchanged. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned. The return shipping cost for the returned packages is non-refundable.
RETURN
We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (it does not include returns); No matter No-restocking or restocking, it needs to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
